Founder's Plan (Includes TankSure®)

$74.66/month or $895.90 annually

This plan covers the following systems:

  • Oil
  • Propane

  • Most Heating System Repairs Provided at No Additional Cost
  • Complete Heating System Replacement Provided*

Space Heater Plan or Water Heater Plan

TankSure® Program Plan

$12.50/month or $145.95 annually

This plan covers the following systems:

  • Oil

This plan provides the following benefits:

  • $2,500 Tank Replacement Payment**
  • Ultrasonic oil tank inspection (recommended by the Maine DEP)

** For qualifying tanks (non qualifying tanks receive an immediate $200 tank replacement credit)

General Conditions and Exclusions

  1. Customers must purchase their entire year’s heating fuel from A. E. Robinson Oil Co.
  2. All equipment must meet state codes and be inspected by one of our servicemen.
  3. Updates which are necessary for the service plans will be billed at the normal rate.
  4. All heating systems with a maximum firing rate of two gallons per hour could qualify for a service plan.
  5. Service Plans will be renewed automatically one (1) year from date of issue.
  6. A. E. Robinson Oil Co. is not responsible for discovery or removal of asbestos material or performing construction work pertaining to replacement of equipment.
  7. All service plans are for normal usage. Policies do not protect against flood, fires, power failures, lightning, switches found in “off” position, or other acts of God.
  8. These plans will not cover:
    • oil burning equipment that is used to backup solid fuel burning appliances
    • solid fuel heating equipment
    • power venting units
    • antifreeze replacement
    • frozen pipes
    • radiant heating piping and controls
    • Toyo or monitor heaters
    • domestic water repairs (flushing of coils, coil gaskets, etc.)
    • programmable t-stats
    • ductwork
    • chimney liners
    • indirect water heaters
  9. We are equipped to provide emergency service; however,we cannot be liable for any delay or failure to supply service or materials because of conditions beyond our control. In no event shall we be liable for any damage or injury.
  10. Regular service calls must be limited to normal business hours (7am - 5pm) Monday thru Friday.
  11. Emergency service defined as complete loss of heat or hot water and fuel leaks.
